Tips for first-time Spa visitors...

First of all, lucky you! You are about to discover a world of health and pleasure. Take this advice from some of the pros on how to get the most out of the spa experience that awaits you.

1. Before you arrive, slow down! Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment... Take a deep breath and consciously leave your concerns or worries behind. Let the soft lighting, fragrant essential oils and quiet atmosphere of a healing retreat enfold you.
2. This time is for you... so before and during your treatment, speak freely with your therapist – always tell them if you have any health concerns or if you feel any discomfort.
3. Take time to reflect when your treatment is over. Lie back in a lounge chair with a glass of water. Savor the relaxing or invigorating effects of your spa service. If possible, plan your day so you can nap after your treatment.
4. Browse through our Spa boutique! Your treatment likely featured a spa product, the benefits of which you can enjoy at home.
5. Finally, the most important tip about spa treatments: make them a regular part of your life. Notice how wonderful your treatment makes you feel and how long that healthy, relaxed, stress-free feeling lasts. Regular spa treatments are a terrific way to nurture and care for yourself, and make a pleasurable addition to your healthy lifestyle.
