The Eden Street Salon & Day Spa is an oasis of tranquility. Our clients are entitled to peace, quiet and relaxation, therefore we ask you to please refrain from using personal cell phones and pagers within the facility.

When visiting our treatment areas, we kindly ask you to keep voices hushed, and thank you for understanding why infants and young children cannot be brought into the Spa.

Promptness:
Please arrive early, at least 15 minutes before your appointment, to prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa treatment. Unfortunately, no matter what time you start, your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.

Cancellations:
The treatments and services that you select are reserved especially for you. For cancellations or changes, a 24 hour notice is required to avoid being charged. Clients who do not honour their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
-24 hour or more notice - package will be cancelled without charge.
-Less than 24 hours notice - 50% of scheduled service will be charged.
-Failure to show - the entire package or service will be charged.

Group reservations and multiple services:
Group reservations, packages and multiple services must be secured with a credit card or prepayment when booking.
